Track when you created perfumes and private materials.

Compare perfume and material creation in one graph.
Choose the last 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, or all time.
Use shorter ranges for recent momentum and All time for the full history.

Materials library utilization

See how much of your private material library is active in your formulas.

The percentage counts private materials used in at least one perfume during the selected period.
A higher value means more of your library is contributing to current work.
Change the date range to compare recent use with your full history.

02 Materials

Build a library that matches how you work.

Start with the shared reference library, then add the private materials that make your formulas yours.

Creation and edit forms

Create a private material once, then keep its record current as your library develops.

Add a required name and type, an optional custom ID, and up to three accord tags.
Leave concentration empty for a neat material.
For a dilution, enter a whole percentage from 1 to 99 and choose its diluent.
Only your private materials can be edited or deleted.

List of all materials

Public and private materials stay separate, so ownership is always clear.

Public materials are available to every account and are read-only.
Private materials belong to one user and can be edited or deleted only by that user.
Search either list by name and move through longer lists page by page.

Materials import

Bring an existing private library into Perfume Studio with one Excel file.

Download the ready-made .xlsx template from the import page.
Keep one sheet named Materials. Keep these headers in order: Name, Type, Custom ID, Accord 1, Accord 2, Accord 3, Diluent Code, Concentration.
Name and Type are required. Custom ID and up to three accords are optional.
For a dilution, fill both Diluent Code and Concentration. Leave both empty for a neat material.
Submit the file for an immediate result with processed, imported, existing, and duplicate row counts.
If any row is invalid, nothing is imported and the page explains what to fix.

Shape the full formula in one focused workspace.

Create, review, and refine each perfume without moving between disconnected tools.

Creation and edit forms

The editor keeps the formula, totals, and visual feedback together.

Give the perfume a name, then add up to 10 materials from the public or private library.
Set each material's amount and place it in the top, heart, or base note group.
Concentrate percentages and formula totals update from the material table.
Set an optional target alcohol percentage and see alcohol from dilutions separately from alcohol to add.
Note balance and accord direction graphs update with the formula.

List of all perfumes

Your perfume list is the quickest route back into active work.

Search by perfume name and move through the list page by page.
Each card shows the name, creation date, and materials at a glance.
Open, edit, share, or delete a perfume directly from the list.

Single perfume view

Review a saved perfume as a complete, presentation-ready formula.

See concentrate, alcohol, total volume, note balance, accord direction, and the full material breakdown.
Switch between a general stock-bottle view and a detailed pure-aromatic and diluent view.
Edit the perfume, export it as XLSX, or create clean share images from the same page.

AI features

Make quick formula changes with a short prompt or a hands-free voice command.

Ask to add or remove a material, change its amount, or increase or decrease it by a specific value.
If a material is missing, AI can suggest creating it privately and adding it to the perfume.
Use the prompt button for text or the microphone for voice after the draft is saved.
AI shows safe suggestions first. You choose one to accept or decline; nothing changes automatically.

The profile page gives you a direct view of account status, data controls, and creation access.

Check the identity and status attached to your workspace.

See your display name, email, verification status, and the date you joined.
Check whether your account can create more perfumes and private materials.

Manage your account

Start permanent account deletion from a protected confirmation flow.

Review the warning before sending a deletion request.
Perfumes, private materials, and the account are removed only after email confirmation.

Download your data

Request a portable archive of your account, materials, and perfume formulas.

The export is prepared in the background, so you can continue using the studio.
Most exports finish in minutes; large accounts can take up to 24 hours.
When the archive is ready, download it from the profile before its temporary link expires.
