Terms of Usage

Perfume Studio is primarily intended for users in the European Union.

We collect only data required for core account and product features: name, email address, hashed password, and the perfume/material records you create.

This data is used only to provide login access and essential site functionality. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties.

Certain features of the app use artificial intelligence models hosted on private infrastructure. When you use these features, the text you submit may be processed solely for the purpose of generating app-specific outputs and suggestions as part of the core functionality of the service. We do not use your prompts for advertising purposes. Any handling of personal data remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

AI voice features are optional. If you choose to use them, speech-to-text processing may be performed by your browser or browser provider using built-in functionality. Depending on your browser and device configuration, voice data may be processed locally or transmitted to the browser provider or its service providers, and such processing is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. Perfume Studio does not intentionally collect, store, or retain raw voice recordings through this feature unless explicitly stated otherwise. We receive and process the resulting text transcript only to provide the requested functionality within the app, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

I (Perfume Studio creator) am not operating as a company. This project currently does not generate revenue and I do not collect payments.
